As a community, we all faced significant challenges in 2020. Last year became more than simply getting your homework assignments completed or earning your degree. As we have witnessed the rising impact of COVID-19 and acts of violence in our nations capital, recognizing our need to be strong, united, and to show resolve is needed now more than ever.
For Martin leadership, the past 365 days have given birth to an entirely new approach to teaching and learning. And together we all rose to the occasion and faced our challenges with commitment, dedication and resolve to reach beyond our differences to achieve our goals.
This year we intend to build on what we started last year. And we want to share our successes with all of you.
Martin wishes all students, faculty, staff, friends, and university partners a happy, successful, and above all, a healthy 2021.
