About The Program

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program at Martin University aims to provide students with a comprehensive education in leadership, focusing on cross-functional and cross-sector learning.

 

The program is designed to develop the skills necessary for leadership in various settings, including business, nonprofit, ministry, government, and education. With a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusivity, students will receive a multicultural education in organizational leadership, preparing them to utilize their knowledge and skills in their current careers, advance professionally, or continue their education.

 

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be equipped with the tools necessary to succeed in their chosen field and positively impact their communities. With a flexible hybrid format, this program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
