Martin University Remembers Camari Hunt

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Camari Hunt, a beloved member of the Martin University student body. Camari was in his final semester, working toward his Liberal Arts degree with a minor in Business Administration. He was set to become a second-generation Martin graduate, proudly following in the footsteps of his father, Cameron Hunt.

As a STRADA Scholar, Camari was part of a program that supports students in breaking down barriers to education and career success. He embraced every opportunity to grow, not just for himself but for those around him. As a University Student Ambassador, he helped recruit new students, shared his experiences, and made everyone feel like they belonged. His kindness, leadership, and ambition left a lasting mark on our campus.
