Despite the outlawing of workplace racial discrimination, data still shows African-Americans are still negatively impacted by racism in career development & advancement. The United Way of Central Indiana, an organization whose purpose is to "change lives through impact", will be hosting a panel discussion titled Understanding the Roots of Racism on Wednesday, April 21, at 5:00pm to discuss the role Central Indiana employers play in the furthering of diversity, equity, & Inclusion. Panelists include:

Doneisha Posey – Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Belonging, Ivy Tech
