Division of Institutional Effectiveness Services

 

  • Collect, organize, analyze, review for accuracy, and store information about the characteristics and performance of the University, its programs, and its services.
  • Provide information, guidance, and analytic support to the University’s faculty, staff, and administrators for purposes of informed decision making and planning.
  • Coordinate assessment activities related to student satisfaction, student needs, student life, teaching effectiveness, and learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate assessment activities related to faculty and staff satisfaction, needs, and job performance.
  • Provide educational services to University personnel on research design, data analysis, and program evaluation.  
  • Lead or assist in the preparation, review, and submission of grant proposals.
  • Manage a resource center that provides comprehensive information on funding sources and grant writing skills.
  • Provide grant writing educational services to University personnel.
  • Monitoring expenditures, compliance, and reporting of externally funded projects.
  • Retain records on externally funded projects.
