Each day will consist of two sessions, one at 11 a.m. and the other at 7:30 p.m., on the Martin University Campus, located two blocks west of 22nd St. and Sherman Dr.

Through a partnership with local businesses and organizations, Martin University plans to help attendees strengthen their financial position by offering a venue where they can ask experts questions regarding debt management assistance, credit repair assistance, low-interest loans, savings and checking information, and scholarship and financial aid options for college. Light refreshments will be served.

Members of the community can meet and speak with representatives from Martin University’s Financial Aid department, Family Services (an organization that assists with financial empowerment), Momentive (a consumer credit counseling service), and Community Choice Federal Credit Union.

Although the event is free and open to the public, reservations are requested. Those unable to attend on January 25 are encouraged to attend on February 20. 11 a.m. sessions will take place in Rm. H, 7:30 p.m. sessions will be held in the Faculty and Staff Lounge.
