Registrar
The Registrar maintains enrollment and academic
achievement records. The Registrar is responsible for maintaining all academic
records, Name and Address changes, statistical information on student,
Enrollment Verification, Official Transcripts ($5 fee), Student Semester Grades,
and student eligibility for honors.

REGISTRAR FORMS
- Requests for an Official Martin University Transcript
should be made to the Registrar’s Office at least one week prior to the need for
the document.
- Transcripts cannot be issued if there is an outstanding balance
in the Bursar’s Office.
- Enrolled students can obtain an Unofficial Transcript
from your Student Portal.
- To request an Official Martin University Transcript:
- Click here for the Martin University Student Transcript Request
- Print, sign
and submit your completed form to the Registrar’s Office.
- The payment of $5.00
(each) must be made in cash or money order made payable to Martin University.
Personal checks, credit cards and debit cards are NOT accepted.
