DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE

 

The Fiscal Affairs Office would like to officially welcome you to the Spring 2018 semester.  We are pleased that you acknowledge the value of Martin University's educational offerings. 
 
We would like to inform you of how the Financial Aid disbursements will be processed to your student accounts.  Financial Aid awards (Pell, State Grants, FSEOG, Subsidized/Unsubsidized loans) will be disbursed via your student account.

 

As funds are posted to your student account and as your tuition is paid in full, a credit balance may result.  Any existing credit balance that you are eligible to receive will be refunded to you and a notification will be sent out to you for specific disbursement dates.  If you have any questions, please contact the Bursar's office.

 

Students eligible to receive a refund will receive an e-mail notification to their student portal within 45 days of the start of a semester.  The date of disbursement will be noted on the e-mail notification.

Note:  Eligible students enrolled in intensive courses will receive an e-mail notification 14 days after the start of the intensive courses.
