Transcript Request
- Transcript requests may be obtained from the Registrar Office and are provided at the alumna, alumnus, or student’s signed request or at the request of a school or business.
- Each transcript costs $5.00.
- The transcript fee must be received in advance and in the form of cash or money order.
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- Checks from a school or business are accepted.
- Transcript(s) may be picked up or can be mailed immediately or as soon as possible.
